Ingredients

For 4 people
400 g of Venus black rice
100 g walnuts
1 onion
1 cup white wine
vegetable broth
salt

Instructions

Prepare the sauce with the chopped onion.
Add the rice, let it toast for a few minutes.
Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the broth and continue cooking for at least 45/50 minutes.
Prepare walnuts and add to the cooked rice.
A few minutes before serving, turn off the heat and let it sit so that the rice absorb remaining seasoning and flavourings.
