Bucatini with green peppers

Ingredients

For 6 people
.5 kg of bucatini
.5 kg of peeled tomatoes
500 g of green chilies
2 cloves garlic
extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Basil

Instructions

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, dry and FRY.
Just cooked remove them from the Pan and fry the garlic in the same oil, then add the tomatoes and basil.
Cook for half an hour, then add the peppers.
Meanwhile Cook the bucatini in boiling salted water.
Drain and toss with this great sauce.
Serve immediately.
