Baked pasta with vegan ragout

For 4 people
3 tbsp spelt flour
1 package of seitan unflavoured
1 ripe tomato
1 carrot
3 basil leaves
0.5 liter of oat milk
whole wheat or spelt pasta
nutritional yeast
cold pressed olive oil


To prepare the sauce put on the fire the oat milk and add 3 tbsp spelt flour when it is warm.
Use a whisk and stir until it thickens.
Mix the seitan with tomato, carrot and basil.
Add the chopped with sauce.
Pour the mixture over cooked pasta and place in a pyrex ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle the surface with nutritional yeast and put the pan in the oven with grill switched on to bake the dough.
Before serving topped with cold pressed olive oil.
