For 2 persons: 200 g pasta (of any size)-1 medium Zucchini 1 onion 100 g tomatoes-cherry-Bacon salt-pepper-oil-mature-chilli (optional)


While Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, very finely sliced onion and Brown in olive oil for a few minutes, it must be nice soft. Thinly slice the zucchini and cut in half the tomatoes. Buona, buona, buona! Io l'ho sperimentata quasi per caso, dovendo assolutamente "riciclare" dei pomodori già conditi con aglio, olio e basilico, e secondo me in ogni caso condendo i pomodori prima viene meglio...
