Turnip gratin

For 4 people:
600 g of turnips
2 onions
150 ml soy cream
100 g of tofu
50 g roasted hazelnuts
30 g margarine
50 g wholemeal flour
100 ml of vegetable stock (made with 1/2 nut)


Clean the turnips, Peel and finely chop them.
Boil a little salted water and sbollentatevi turnips for 5 minutes.
Drain and wash them with cold water.
Peel and chop the onions.
Melt the margarine in a saucepan, heat the onions for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add flour, mix and pour the broth and cream.
Stir and let thicken without boiling.
Stir in the tofu, crushing it with a fork.
Scented with a small grating of nutmeg.
Preheat the oven to 200° c.
Spread the slices of turnip in a large pan, lightly greased.
Cover with the sauce and the hazelnuts coarsely.
Bake for 20 minutes.
