200 g of tofu already marinated in water and tamari
300 g of mixed vegetables (the ones you have in the House, except the Solanaceae that lend themselves to this preparation)
1 onion to the sauce
Apple Cider vinegar
fresh or dried ginger
salt and pepper
Cut the vegetables into strips.
In a large skillet, sauté onion, add the vegetables and tofu into cubes and FRY for a few minutes.
Pour in wine, vinegar and shoyu to taste.
Sprinkle with ginger, sugar and a tablespoon of cornstarch.
Thicken the Fund and serve piping hot.
