400 g linguine
1 sachet of saffron
500 g cherry tomatoes
1 bunch rocket (or parsley)
a few tablespoons of soy cream (optional)
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
100 ml white wine
extra virgin olive oil


Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and soffriggeteci two cloves of chopped garlic and onion.

As an alternative to rocket you can use parsley.
