1 glass of past white soya bean
1 teaspoon of turmeric
2 cm of vanilla
3 tablespoons fructose
2 tablespoons of white flour
1 tablespoon cognac or brandy
1 grated lemon rind
1 pinch of salt


In a saucepan combine all ingredients cold by adding a little at a time, mixing with a spoon, milk.
Then turn on the heat and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
