500 g of onions
80 g margarine 100% vegetable
1 tablespoon sugar (sucrose or fructose for those who have special needs)
1 vegetable stock cube
boiling water just enough to cover them flush


Soak in cold water for half an hour, minimum, peeled onions and recorded in the hard part.
Drain and place in a crock pot in which it was the amount of melted margarine.
Salt lightly and assemble the nut.
Stir with a wooden spoon, until they have absorbed the sauce.
Pour a teaspoon of sugar.
Cover with boiling water and finish cooking over very low heat, covered, until the liquid has almost completely dried (it will take about 20 minutes, variable time depending on personal tastes!).
