For 4 people
400 g of pasta
2 beefsteak tomatoes
2 dried tomatoes in oil
4 tablespoons black olives
1 tablespoon capers ostto salt
a few leaves of Basil
extra virgin olive oil


Boil the pasta in boiling salted water and al dente.
Travasetela in a large Salad Bowl, toss with a little olive oil and leave to cool.
Meanwhile chop the tomatoes and place in a bowl.
Add the olives cut into slices, chopped sundried tomatoes, capers (after they are rinsed well) and torn basil leaves.
Mix with pasta and drizzle with a little olive oil.
