Ingredients

For 1 person
150 g seitan unflavoured
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds and pumpkin
1 pinch of oregano
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Fry the seitan fried with the oregano, shut down, add the pepper and the seeds (already toasted in another small frying pan), add salt if necessary.
