Linguine with orange

For 4 people
400 g linguine di grano duro bronze drawn (preferably with orange)
2 organic oranges
4-6 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
a few strands of fresh chives
1 pinch chili powder


While Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, prepare the sauce grating the peel of organic oranges.
Keep aside and squeeze the juice.
Pour rind and orange juice in a small bowl and add the oil, coarsely chopped fresh chives, a pinch of chili powder and a pinch of whole sea salt up.
Mix gently and with this fragrant sauce flavored linguine drained al dente.
Serve hot: they are delicious!

Le linguine all'arancia esalteranno ulteriormente il sapore di questa profumatissima pasta.
Se non le trovate vanno bene anche quelle normali di grano duro, in ogni caso consiglio la trafilatura al bronzo in quanto si lega molto meglio con questo condimento all'arancia, assorbendolo in modo ottimale.
