Raw crumble of pears with chocolate and almonds

Ingredients

pears to taste
1 tablespoon of cocoa
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 pinch of salt
chopped almonds to taste

Instructions

Dry overnight at a temperature between 30 and 40° C the pears cut into pieces so that they remain somewhat fleshy inside.
Pour over the raw cocoa previously prepared with 1 tablespoon of cocoa plus 1 tablespoon of maple syrup + 2/3 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 pinch of salt, mixing everything with a whisk.
Add the chopped almonds and... that's all!
