Choco-avocado mousse

Ingredients

For 4 shot glasses for 7 cl
1 large avocado
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons agave syrup
2 tablespoons rice milk
1 pinch of vanilla powder
1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, then cut it into small pieces and blend it with the rest of the ingredients.
Place the mousse in the shot glasses and store them in the refrigerator before serving.
Let them in the fridge for about a couple of hours, anyway not too long, because otherwise the avocado begins to oxidize and to change color and flavor.
