Lemon flavored seitan stew

400 g seitan unflavoured
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce (tamari)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Cut the seitan in morsels, then FRY in a little oil in a pan for a few minutes.
While it becomes Golden, prepare the dressing in a Bowl by whisking together the lemon juice, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Then pour on seitan stew, let it cook for a few minutes on medium flame and serve hot.
