100 g cashew nuts
water
salt

Optional:
herbs or spices according to taste and availability (basil, oregano, thyme, chives, fennel, garlic, parsley, mint, chilli, cumin ursino, ginger, curry etc.)

Soak the cashews in water overnight covering them.

The next day, mix together with the soaking water by adding a little salt (for the amount, adjust according to your tastes).

To make this vegetable cheese more varied and tasty treats you can add from time to time of herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, chives, fennel, garlic ursino, parsley, mint etc.)  or spices (cumin, chili, ginger, curry etc.).
