Ingredients

For 1 person
1 tablespoon almonds or walnuts or hazelnuts or pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon corn (millet, oats, rice or buckwheat)
1 tablespoon and 1/2 of flaxseed
1/2 mashed banana or 1 teaspoon maple syrup
100 g fruit (apple, pear or other fruit in season)
2-4 tablespoons of vegetable or soy milk yogurt
1/2 lemon juice or 1/2 lemon with peel

Instructions

Reduce powder with a small blade coffee grinders flax seeds, corn and oilseeds chosen, until the flour.
Then add the yogurt, lemon juice (or half a lemon whole), fruit and banana or maple syrup.
Blend again to get a creamy breakfast.
Larger seeds such as almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts, may be left whole to make crunchy breakfast (if to eat it is the mother or another adult or a child with more than 2 or 3 years, whereas before this age should be ground to a powder with flaxseed and corn picked).

Concettualmente vicina al muesli, la crema Budwig è una colazione molto nutriente, prodotta con alimenti crudi, ottima per rinforzare il sistema nervoso e il sistema immunitario, per favorire la concentrazione e il buon funzionamento di tutto l'organismo.

Attenzione: questa crema è ottima per le mamme che allattano, può essere data anche ai bambini ma inizialmente solo come assaggio per poi arrivare, verso i sei anni, alla porzione intera.
