Ingredients

For 2 people: 4 large potatoes-1/2 glass of soy or rice milk or oat-nutmeg (optional) powdered vegetable-nut-parsley-salt-pepper-Walnut margarine (optional)

Instructions

Boil 4 large potatoes in salted water.
Mash with a fork or mash potato masher.
Add 1/2 cup (100 grams) of rice milk or soy, and a knob of margarine (optional).
For a special saporino, add vegetable nut powder (1/2 teaspoon) nutmeg (if you like).
Stir well over low heat, sprinkle with parsley, add salt if needed and add a bit of pepper.

La margarina fa malissimo... Abbiamo l'olio d'oliva extra .. Che invece a crudo fa benissimo.
