500 g flour
400 g brown sugar
2.5 g of ammonia for cakes
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Mix the flour, sugar, spices, ammonia, cocoa and vanilla.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a Bain Marie, add sugar and dilute with a little soy milk, mixing thoroughly. Brush on mostaccioli, let solidify and then brush the chocolate on the back.
