Spicy rice with vegetables

For 4 people: 60 ml extra virgin olive oil-1 medium onion sliced-2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoons-paprika-1/2-teaspoon of allspice (almost impossible to find, if there is no matter)-300 g rice arborio-400 ml vegetable stock-200 ml white wine-3 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced-150 g sliced mushrooms 2 medium Zucchini sliced-150 young-gr broccoli divided into florets


Heat the oil in a saucepan and when it is hot fry the onion. Add the garlic and spices and let Cook for one minute. Add the tomatoes and mushrooms, sauté. Add the chopped zucchini and broccoli into florets. Sauté. Now add the rice and stir again. Pour the wine and allow to evaporate a little, then pour the broth. Bring to a boil, then turn down to low and cook for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
