For 4 people: 1 Kg of onions-4 slices of bread (attention lard!)-1 liter of vegetable -oil-salt-pepper-nutritional yeast flakes


Cleaned and sliced onions, salt and pepper and then let it simmer for about an hour over medium heat with a little oil, covered with vegetable broth.
Toast four slices of bread and place them on the bottom of four individual shards, caramelized onions, sprinkle with nutritional yeast flakes and bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for 5-10 minutes.

Io ho fatto passire la cipolla con margarina, sale e tanto pepe a fuoco molto lento per 45min/1 ora ed ho aggiunto una patata precedente bollita nel brodo al momento di frullare tutto ed è venuta benissimo!
