Seitan with sage and lemon

Ingredients

For 4 people: 4 slices of seitan 1/2 onion-2 natural-or 3 tablespoons sunflower oil (or corn)-3 or 4 sage leaves-1 tsp shoyu (soy sauce)-1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar-lemon zest

Instructions

Cut the seitan in stews.
Heat the oil in a pan, put the finely sliced onion and sauté, add the sage to flavor the onion, stir well, add the seitan and stir thoroughly.
Add a few tablespoons of water (keep the seitan baking contained in its own original packaging), 1 tsp shoyu, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and lemon zest (organic!).
