Ingredients

1 head of lettuce fresh, 100 gr. White cabbage, 1 small carrot, 1 handful of pitted black olives, 1 small handful of shelled pistachios (optional), 1 or 2 Grapefruits

Instructions

NON HO ANCORA PROVATO QUESTA RICETTA, PERO' IO DI SOLITO QUANDO FACCIO L'INSALATADI POMPELMO USO IL POMPELMO ROSSO, AGGIUNGO ANCHE QUALCHE DADINO DI MELA VERDE E SCORZETTE DI LIMONE. E' FAVOLOSA, ANCHE SOLO CON INSALATA VERDE. PROVARE PER CREDERE (P.S. IL POMPELMO E' MEGLIO SE SBUCCIATO A VIVO)
