2 or 3 potatoes (about 400 g), 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 green pepper, 1 bunch of radishes and 2 stalks of celery, 1 or 2 small Jerusalem artichokes, fresh grated horseradish, 1 tablespoon oil, salt, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley and 1 jar of soy yogurt


Boiled, drained, cooled and peeled 2 or 3 medium sized potatoes (400 gr.); cut into slices or cubes according to your taste. Wash and cut roofs not too large half a red pepper and half a green pepper; washed, cleaned and finely slice 1 bunch radishes and two stalks of celery.
Peel one or two small topinambour and finely grattuggiateli. Add a tablespoon of grated fresh horseradish root.
