Ingredients

500 g of red lentils-200 g of tofu-salt-1 bunch of parsley-chopped wheat bread-oil for frying

Instructions

Boil the lentils until they're soft.
Drain and then whisk them still warm together with crumbled tofu, seasoning salt.
When the mixture is still warm, add the chopped parsley and make burgers or meatballs you will spend in whole wheat bread, chopped.
FRY in hot oil until they are golden belle and serve immediately.
For a lighter, instead of frying, you can pass them in the oven at 180° C for about 20 minutes.
