Miso soup with tofu, leeks and wakame

For 2 people: 2 cups of vegetable stock, or water-1/4 1/2 large onion, leek, or cut into thin rounds-1 pound tofu, cut into cubes of about 1 cm. about 1/4 or 1-side/3 cup of fresh or reconstituted wakame, cut into strips about 2.5 cm. -2 tablespoons red miso or pale yellow-1 pinch of cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon Leek at 7 spices, or finely chopped
Boil the broth in a pot, add the leek or onion, then let it resume the boil.
Add tofu and wakame, and simmer for 1 minute.
Pour the miso with some hot broth and simmer briefly again.
Serve immediately, garnished with the chili or the slices of Leek.
