1 carrot-1 onion-1 leek-1 stick of celery-1 tomato (optional)-1 sprig of Rosemary-2 tbsp oil-1 pinch of salt


Chop all the vegetables very finely-preferably with Crescent-and then FRY in oil by joining the rosmaribno and a pinch of salt.
If necessary add a couple of tablespoons of water.
