Ingredients

For 2 people

2 fair trade organic bananas

200 g organic raspberries (even frozen)

2-4 tablespoons of organic coconut or agave syrup (not essential)
 

Optional

some tablespoons of vegetable yogurt

Instructions

Ice cream without ice cream maker from a banana base has become a classic of natural and vegan cuisine.

As per our tradition, we propose you a simple and quick version to prepare, delicious and suitable for many different occasions, a full of all-natural energy that will also delight children.

100% natural, raw, gluten free!

 

Slice the bananas and put them in the freezer for a few hours.

If they are not frozen, put in the freezer also the raspberries.

After a minimum of 4 hours, mix the fruit with the sweetener (not essential but it will serve to give a stronger and more traditional flavour to your ice cream).

Blend until you get a soft and creamy consistency like that of the best artisan ice creams.

If you wish to further increase the creaminess of this ice cream, add a few tablespoons of vegetable yogurt and mix everything again: you will get a result identical to that of our photo!
