150 g buckwheat flour
50 g of oat flakes
2 glasses of water
1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
a pinch of ground cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons of raisins
salt to taste


Mix all the ingredients until a dough consistency that divide then pastries giving them the shape of your choice.
Arrange on a baking sheet greased and floured and bake for 20-30 minutes in the oven.
