Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 or 2 people
400 ml soy milk
60 g sugar
20 g soy flour
1 pinch of agar agar
zest of 1 organic Lemon

Instructions

Mix sugar and flour and then add the soy milk gradually, stirring constantly.
After eliminating every lump, add just a pinch of agar agar and a whole organic lemon zest.
Mix and pour into a saucepan in which they will return to a low heat stir with wooden spoon until mixture thickens-about 10 minutes-(Note: to get a better density is sufficient to cool the cream because the action of the agar agar is expressed raffled).
Before use remove the lemon zest.
Garnish then to taste or not garnish for nothing (i.e. above the cakes).

se frullate una banana o la schiacciate e la mischiate insieme viene un'ottima crema di banane per riempire le crepes a mo' di cannelloni dolci... ricoprite con succo d'arancia e zucchero a velo le crespelle e vedrete che goduria...

provate ad usare latte di soia alla vaniglia aiuta molto

Ho trovato la crema troppo dolce.Prima di spegnere il fornello(ho lasciato nella crema il limone grettugiato)ho versato dentro mezza tazzina di caffè amaro.Fantastico!!!

Ottima come base per il gelato di fichi banane, more selvatiche pere e, ben matura e soprattutto biologica
