1 cup of oatmeal
1 Apple
1 tablespoon raisins
1 teaspoon of raw cane sugar
1 pinch of salt

Toppings (optional):
Sesame or almond cream
ground almonds
Black molasses of sugar cane
cinnamon or dried ginger


Boil a cup of oatmeal and two and a half of water, place a pinch of salt a sliced Apple, raisins and a teaspoon of brown sugar.
Let it boil for about 10 minutes on small flame (big flakes takes a little longer).
You can add dates and jujubes, Sesame cream or almonds, ground almonds, black molasses of sugar cane, cinnamon or dried ginger, cardamom.
