16 cherry tomatoes cigliegini not too small
10 slices of wholemeal bread
extra virgin olive oil


Wash the tomatoes, chopping board and ends with a teaspoon empty them, keeping aside the pulp discarded.
Store them upside down for 10 minutes on an axis.
In a blender, chop the slices of bread with parsley, basil, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Obtaining a homogeneous mixture, using a teaspoon, place it inside of the tomatoes.
Arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle them with a thin layer of breadcrumbs and inform them for 10-15 minutes in a hot oven.
Baked, let cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.

la ricetta della nonna!!! solo che lei aggiungeva anche aglio tritato (che fa benissimo!! ) insieme al prezzemolo.
