Beans with peppers

For 4 people
4 bell peppers (2 reds and 2 yellows)
250 g of beans, boiled
2 shallots
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
hot pepper


FRY in oil the finely chopped shallots.
When wilted, add the peppers cut into strips.
Add salt and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
After 10-15 minutes, add the beans and a few tablespoons of water.
Season with a pinch of hot pepper and cook over low heat for a few minutes, stirring thoroughly.
Serve hot.

Vi consiglio di utilizzare i peperoni verdi. E poi provate ad aggiungere, oltre al peperoncino, del cumino in polvere o spezie tipo orientale.L'ho fatto una volta e ancora mi chiedono ancora adesso la ricetta! (si può accompagnare a riso bollito, integrale o basmati)ciao a tutti!
