Brasso soy morsels

Ingredients

For 2 people
200 grams of soy nuggets
2 potatoes
1 large onion
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of savoreggia
1 pinch of thyme
aromatic salt
oil

Instructions

Let them soak the soya chunks in salted water with aromatic salt for 2-3 hours.
Cook diced potatoes in a pan with greaseproof paper.
Remove the chicken pieces from the water and we filter out the excess water.
Pour oil into a pan and add the chopped onion, spices and soy nuggets.
We mix it all up and stew over low heat with little water, stirring occasionally.
When the water has evaporated and soybeans will start to Cook, add the chopped garlic and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Let them cool with the lid closed, then mix with the potatoes and serve after having rehearsed all in pan.
