For the dough
250 g white flour
50 g cornstarch
50 g brown sugar
3 tablespoons hazelnut paste
the juice of an orange
grated orange rind
40 g of yeast
1 cup rice milk
1 handful of raisin previously soaked in water

For the chocolate glaze
100 grams of dark chocolate
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons brown sugar


Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, hazelnut paste, orange peel and juice and add the warm rice milk in which was dissolved yeast. Lastly stir the raisins.
Pour into an oiled and floured baking tray high, and let it rise in a warm place for two and a half hours to three hours. Bake in oven heated to 160 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Once cooled, remove the cake from the Pan, spill it and cover it with icing obtained by melt on low heat all ingredients.
