Tuscan bread (without salt)-cold pressed extra virgin olive oil-garlic- aromatic salt -ground pepper

Instructions

FRY some thick-cut slices of bread over an open fire.
Rub them with a garlic clove, sprinkle with plenty of extra virgin olive oil cold pressed, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Served hot.

Alternatively, you can cook them in the oven, by modifying the preparation as follows:
Place them on a baking sheet, brush with plenty of extra virgin olive oil cold pressed, with possibly a kitchen brush. Also recommended a good aromatic oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in a hot oven for a few minutes, until they become slightly crispy and serve hot.
