Green tea muffins

250 g wholemeal flour
250 of raisins
250 ml of green tea


Soak the raisins for a few hours or even overnight: in the end must be very soft.
Allow to steep green tea for a few minutes.
Mix thoroughly the flour with green tea and the raisins.
Grease the mold for the muffins with a film of oil, pour the mixture and bake in hot oven for about 20 minutes at 180° c.

Credo di aver sbagliato qualcosa perché purtroppo l'impasto dopo cotto era piuttosto duro..credo che il quantitativo di tè sia da diminuire, ma non ho fatto altri esperimenti..inoltre per i miei gusti andrebbe dolcificata un po' di più, magari dimezzando il tè verde e aggiungendo succo di mela.
