5 tablespoons oatmeal
5 tablespoons barley flakes puffed
1 tablespoon barley malt or rice
3 tablespoons sucanat
10 g pine nuts (almonds)
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 pinch of salt


In a pan melt the malt and sugar over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon; Add the cereal flakes, pine nuts, coconut and a pinch of salt.
Raise the heat and toast, stirring constantly, for a few minutes.
