For 4 people
oil to taste
300 g grated carrot
St Peter's grass
200 ml soy cream
200 g potato
100 g leek
arborio rice 200 g
nutmeg to taste.
salt to taste.
pepper to taste.
nutritional yeast flakes (optional)


Cook the unpeeled potatoes in boiling, salted water, once cooked, Peel and mash.

Boil the rice for 17 minutes and blend it with the mixture.
