Tofu with mushrooms

For 1 person: 1 big handful of dried mushrooms- 5 strips of tofu-2 tablespoons soy sauce (tamari) 3 tablespoons soy milk-nut powder-nutritional yeast
Soften, baking them, 2 cloves of garlic in some water. Chop the mushrooms soaked, combine garlic, add previously water itself of mushrooms and cook slowly for half an hour in covered pot. Combine the soy sauce, the strips of tofu, soy milk and simmer slowly again for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat add some vegetable stock powder-you can find it in the shops of macrobiotics-bearing in mind that this contains salt; a tablespoon of yeast and olive oil to taste. Great with a soft polenta.
