Tempeh with peppers

1/2 stick of tempeh-1 onion-1 medium red bell pepper-1 yellow pepper 2 tablespoons corn oil-medium-1 tablespoon of miso – 2 tablespoons ginger juice-Salt and water to taste.


Cut the tempeh and peppers into strips.
Chop the onion and Brown in the oil, add the peppers and toss a couple of minutes.
Add salt, stir, add the tempeh and blow it up for two more minutes.
Add the miso, having dissolved in warm water, then simmer everything for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with ginger juice.

Per rendere questo piatto ancora più appetitoso, potete marinare il tempeh tagliato a striscioline con dello shoyu, lasciando insaporire per circa 20-30 minuti. In alternativa, se siete più di fretta, potete semplicemente aggiungere un po' di shoyu durante la cottura. Il risultato è gustosissimo! ;-)
