250 g of soya granules
2 medium potatoes
1 onion (not large)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of hemp seed flour
Boil the potatoes and mash with a fork.
Soften the soya granules in hot water, wring it out well and add it to the potatoes.
Add the salt, oregano, chopped onions, hemp seed flour and mix well.
Form 4 patties fairly large with the help of hands.
