Cantucci with chocolate

2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of wheat malt
1/3 cup corn oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder
100 g dark chocolate
grated rind of one Orange
a pinch of salt
Apple juice to taste
Mix in a bowl the flour, baking powder, orange zest and salt.
Add the malt and Apple Juice just enough to mix the ingredients.
Add the chopped chocolate, work until it forms a smooth dough and soft.
Cut the dough into pieces, cut long strips that are placed on the baking sheet.
Flatten them slightly with your hands.
Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes at 180° c.
When they are golden brown remove them from the oven and cut them diagonally.
These cookies can be prepared with other ingredients instead of chocolate like almonds, hazelnuts, raisins, sesame.
