250 g of stale bread
4 tablespoons of wheat malt
2 tablespoons raisins (soak in a cup of vanilla soy or rice milk)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch (cornflour)
1 tbsp pine nuts
4 walnuts
dark chocolate flakes
vanilla soy or rice milk to taste.
oil to grease the cake tin


Break up the stale bread and ammollatelo in milk to make it soften.
After a few hours squeeze it gently and pour into a large bowl.
Combine all other ingredients and mix carefully.
Grease a cake pan and pour the mixture.
Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes.
