250 g of dried beans
250 g dried chickpeas
250 g durum wheat flour
extra virgin olive oil
The day before preparation, soak it in 3 separate bowls chickpeas, beans and corn.
Cook the three ingredients in crock pots various, covering at least 1 litre lightly salted water.

If you prefer, you can replace wheat with spelt, add a bit of Rosemary to flavor and serve with slices of toasted bread.
