Warm potato salad

Ingredients

1 kg potatoes
30 basil leaves
20 g pine nuts over someone for seal
a tablespoon of dried tomatoes
8 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt
100 g of pitted black olives (preferably taggiasche)

Instructions

Boil the potatoes.
Meanwhile, blend in the mixer, as if it were a pesto with pine nuts, Basil oil and sundried tomatoes.
Peel the potatoes and mash them in a bowl with a fork, still leaving some piece (doesn't have to be a homogenous puree).
Dress with the sauce, season with salt and add the olives.
Transfer to a pretty serving dish and garnish with pine nuts and some whole leaf of Basil.
Should be served lukewarm.
