Pasta with creamy asparagus

Ingredients

For 4-5 people
400 grams of asparagus
400 grams of pasta (noodles or pasta of durum wheat)
1 pack of soy cream
some slices of Leek
extra virgin olive oil
turmeric
Salt

Instructions

Clean the asparagus by removing the hard parts and cut them into pieces, keeping the toes a bit longer.
Put the leeks with the olive oil and when it is wilted combine asparagus (possibly add a little water) and Cook, add salt, add a pinch of turmeric.
Set aside tips and mix with mixer the rest of the asparagus with soy cream.
Cook the pasta al dente and then blow it up in an Ali with the asparagus tips and finally add the cream.

Non avevo i porri e non ho usato la curcuma, solo una spolverata di pepe!
In questo modo è stata valorizzata ancora meglio la raffinatezza dell'aroma e del gusto degli asparagi. :o)
Ne è risultata una salsa ottima e un condimento di gran classe!
