4 ripe bananas rose
2 tablespoons raisins
3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons of fructose
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon curry powder


Cut the bananas into slices.
Pour the balsamic vinegar in a pan and let it warm up a few minutes over sweet.
Add the bananas cut into slices, raisins and fructose.
Stir well and continue cooking for a few minutes, until the vinegar has evaporated and the tender fruit.
Towards the end of cooking, add the spices.
