250 g puff pastry vegan (okay even ready!)-1 brick of tofu-seasonal vegetables to taste-1 3 4 spoons of oil-or-Zucchini 3 tablespoons soy sauce (shoyu or tamari)-a pinch of spice masala-capers-sunflower seeds-water
Simmer the tofu for a few minutes and then drained it well, cut it into small pieces and put it in the blender with a little water.
