Ingredients

2 ripe avocados 1 lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1-or-2 onions 2 large tomatoes (chopped finely)-novels and fleshy (peeled and diced)-black pepper-cilantro (fresh if possible if not dry)

Instructions

Cut the two avocados, remove the seeds and cut in soft cream the pulp along with the lemon juice. Add the dry ingredients, mixing them in a blender for a few seconds. If you do not have to consume for the guacamole, cover it well and store it in the fridge.
Serve with tacos (Mexican pastry puffs, if you find them vegan) or wholemeal bread toasted or not (attention to that cassette which has always lard).

per rendere la guacamole piu' cremosa si puo' aggiungere un po' di panna di soia...buonissima!
